At Ally Fashion, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form or packing slip is included inside the parcel.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized post office or drop box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
